Since its foundation in 2002, EXCELLENCE Security has acquired a reputation as an all-round private security organisation which is at home in all markets. In 2010, the management team developed a new strategy for the long term, focusing on retail, healthcare and object security. This required a reorganisation aimed at using the available resources more efficiently and effectively in order to further optimise our services.
Our new strategy is based on three pillars: Client focus, Employee focus and Market focus.

By identifying with our clients, we try to keep their costs low. We supply services at local, regional and European level. These services are delivered with specific value propositions, focusing on individual needs and wishes. We build up a long-term relationship with clients who value our approach to service. By concentrating on our strengths, we can offer the best tailored solution.
Security involves people. EXCELLENCE Security sets the bar high for its employees. We invest in our employees and we therefore excel in people management. This enables us to deliver the best service in our field. We minimise the risks for our clients by training our employees well and giving them insight into labour law.
We have consciously chosen to specialise in retail, healthcare and object security. These are our three main market segments (niche) in the security market. We can thus support our clients better with our services, knowledge and experience.
